Tracking again

I'm starting to track my food intake again on livestrong.com's daily plate. I did this in 2009 and lost 40 lbs doing so. I recently noticed that my healthy eating habits have gone astray and I've gained 10 of those pounds back. It's all about portion control and damn, when I'm feeling out of control - larger amounts of food always seem to get in my mouth.
